You will be prompted to submit additional underwriting information and will be required to complete an online application for the limit of $750,000 and ‘Save Quote’.

Please be prepared to answer the following questions:

1. What is the event or purpose for the limit above $750K?
2. Are there any items individually valued above $150K?
3. Where is the event being held?
4. Where will the equipment be stored?
5. How will the equipment be protected while in use, storage and transit?
6. how will the equipment be transported?
7. If this is Rented Equipment, please provide the rental house’s information and a copy of your rental invoice.
