Making Changes to Your Policy Coverage Dates

We understand that in this industry, plans can change at the last minute. Whether you need to adjust your policy period due to a rescheduled shoot or for another reason, here are some important policies and guidelines to keep in mind:

Annual Policies

  • Changing Dates After Policy Start: You cannot change your policy dates once the policy term has begun.
  • Changing Dates Before Policy Start: If your policy term has not yet started, our staff can assist you with changing the dates. Please contact us for assistance.

Short-Term Policies

  • Shorten Policy Duration: Short-term policies cannot be shortened once they are set.
  • Extend Policy Duration:
    • You can extend your short-term policy through your online dashboard at
    • Log in and click ‘Modify Coverage’. Select your new start date, end date or both, complete the payment, and navigate back to your dashboard to generate a new Certificate of Insurance for your rental vendor.
