About the General Liability Policy

• You are able to add crew members, employees, etc to your policy
• A waiver of subrogation is included
• Limits:
  • $1M per occurrence limit
  • $2M general aggregate limit
  • $100,000 damage to rented premises limit
  • $5,000 medical expense

• The policy does not include non-owned hired auto liability, worker’s compensation or umbrella coverage

• Coverage applies in all US states except in New York and Washington
• There is a 60 day minimum term in Texas, and a 24-hour minimum term in North Dakota
