Obtaining an International COI

How to Obtain an International Certificate of Insurance (COI)
After purchasing your rented equipment policy, you will notice that the system does not allow you to enter an international address when generating a COI. This is because our team needs to assist you with this process.
Steps to Request a COI for an International Rental House
- Contact Support: Email our support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Request for International Certificate of Insurance.”
- Include Travel Details: In the email body, provide your travel plans, the rental location, and the approximate value of the rented gear.
- Rental House Information: Include the rental house’s name, physical address, and the contact person’s email address.
Lead Time
- Minimum Turnaround: Please allow at least one business day for processing.
- Recommendation: Contact our support team as early as possible to ensure timely assistance.
Important Notes
- Eligibility: This service is available only to individuals who reside in the United States for most of the calendar year, have a permanent US address, and are traveling abroad temporarily.
- Ineligibility: Coverage does not apply to individuals who live abroad.
